Across four generations, the name Van Trease has been synonymous with innovative, state-of-the-art home design. Frank Van Trease became the family’s first custom home builder in 1945, creating ingenious designs unheard of for the small town of Deer Park, Texas. Over 80 years later, his legacy has extended across his lineage and across the state. With his son and grandson becoming hallmark builders across the luxury communities of North Texas, and their wives and mothers being the fundamental force curating the homes’ signature interior warmth. Now the fourth generation leading luxury, Isabella Van Trease has paired this legacy of artisanal craftsmanship with the rich Mexican roots of her mother’s side. Deeply passionate about visual art, music, and traveling, Isabella brings eclectic excellence and global reach to her interior projects.
